Our Denissimo is made from Trebbiano grape must which is naturally caramelized and cooked down to an even greater extent, and aged for up to 25 years! Our exclusive “Denissimo” contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect, and slowly ages in five different casks comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood.  This exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density balsamic is extremely complex boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with hints of dark chocolate and malt.

Delicious over bruschetta, grilled meats, caprese salad, or any dish that needs a little pop of flavour! Try it over fresh strawberries or ice cream for a luxurious treat. 4% acidity.

Pair it: Any of our Fused, Infused, or  Single Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

Use it: Asparagus Tart, Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, Pear and Cheese Baguette Bites, Strawberry Spinach Salad Rolls, and more!

 

 

Our balsamic vinegars are made in Modena, Italy using the Solera Method and later naturally infused in California. Our white balsamics are aged up to 12 years and our dark balsamics are aged up to 18 years, with the exception of Denissimo which is aged for 25 years. They contain only naturally occurring sugars and natural flavours. No added sugar, thickeners, caramel colouring, dyes, or artificial flavours are used. Gluten-free and vegan.
