For the heat seekers! Made with the fiery Naga Jolokia, also known as the Ghost Pepper, this intensely spicy salt has a beautiful flavour that lingers.
We often use this as a finishing salt for adding a little kick at the end of cooking. We love sprinkling this salt over soups, pasta, roasted vegetables, grilled onions, on burgers or in curries. A little goes a long ways, but gosh it is delicious!
