Baklouti chili olive oil is made by crushing and mixing five pounds of organic extra virgin olives with one pound of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. Very spicy and incredibly delicious!
From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, the Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this fruity & spicy green chili olive oil in the world! This agrumato (fused) olive oil is especially delicious in different salsas (mango, peach, tomato, etc). Drizzle it on pizza, fresh or roasted vegetables, as a marinade for chicken or in salad dressings that could use a kick! If you’re brave, some folks even give a light drizzle over popcorn for some added heat! A truly unique artisan product that has hundreds of applications.
